The Water Efficiency and Conservation (WEC) Activity, funded by the U.S. Embassy in Amman and implemented by ARD, Inc., invites qualified and eligible companies to submit proposals for the provision of advertising agency services for the Miyah New Year Public Awareness Campaign, in accordance with the requirements and specifications outlined in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP).
Bidders’ Conference
A virtual bidders’ conference will be held on September 8, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Amman time. Please note that only companies that attend the online bidders’ conference will be eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity.

Submission of Proposals
Eligible bidders are invited to submit their proposals by email no later than September 17, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Amman time, to:

Please ensure that your submission includes all required documentation and fully complies with the instructions, specifications, and terms outlined in the attached RFP, including the financial-proposal budget template.

1. Completed and signed cover letter
2. Registration letter
3. Bank details
Please note that this project is exempt from sales tax.
